Your Opportunity
* Lead your team to execute the maintenance plan safely and efficiently
* Get hands‐on to support electricians and apprentices as needed
* Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
* Oversee contractors on site, including issuing permits of work
* Contribute to weekly planning and major shutdowns
* Foster a high‐performing, collaborative team culture
What You'll Bring
* Proven supervisory experience in heavy industry
* Current unrestricted QLD Electrical Worker Licence
* Experience with electrical instrumentation (desirable)
* Tertiary qualifications in technical or engineering disciplines (desirable)
* HV Switching & EEHA certified (desirable)
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* SAP experience
