About this role
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of rural medical professionals by developing, delivering and evaluating education, training and support programs for medical officers. You will be an effective communicator who excels at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders through negotiation and consultation.
The Darling Downs Health region covers a large area of approximately 90,000 square kilometers. With over 5,500 staff members, it is one of the largest employers in the region. We provide frontline healthcare services across 29 facilities, treating more than 85,000 patients annually, attending to over 158,000 Emergency Department visits, supporting the birth of nearly 3,000 babies, and performing more than 19,000 breast screens.
