About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Repair Coordinator to manage and coordinate small to medium repair projects, ensuring the success of our client portfolio from start to finish. You'll liaise with trades, technicians, estimators, and clients to deliver seamless repair experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer small to medium repair projects under supervision
Schedule and manage trades, technicians, and estimators effectively
Monitor project costs, manage trade invoices, and support invoicing processes
Track and achieve KPIs and client service level agreements
Collate photos and documentation for timely reporting and quotations
Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Previous experience (within the Insurance Industry) in a similar role is a must
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative, agile team
Experience in insurance or construction is desirable
