Early Collections Representative – Full time Role
Location: Scoresby, VIC
Start Date: (Tentative: 16th Mar 2026)
Roster: Hybrid (2–3 days in office), Mon–Thurs 8:30am–7:00pm, Fri 8:30am–6:00pm
Training: 2 weeks onsite
About the Role:
Join a dynamic team supporting customers through various stages of their car loan journey. Responsibilities include
handling general account enquiries, refinancing, insurance and roadside assistance sales, and early collections
. The role demands high-quality customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in collections or financial hardship.
* Alternatively,
strong call centre/customer service
background
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working
with systems/CRMs
