CSR are seeking a Warehouse Officer to join our team at Beresfield. This role is critical in ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory and distribution at Beresfield Warehouse.
* Be flexible with work hours as required.
* Comply with Chain of Responsibility (COR) obligations.
* Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Follow Job Safety Instructions and assist with hazard inspections and audits.
* Enter and process orders accurately in SAP for Beresfield and Tamworth.
* Prepare customer orders efficiently and maintain high housekeeping standards.
* Build strong product and application knowledge.
What We're Looking For
* Current Forklift Licence with proven experience.
* Experience with SAP for order entry, stock management and inventory control.
* General computer literacy and proficiency in numerical and English skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CSR policies and procedures.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
