As they continue to expand their operations throughout Brisbane and greater QLD, they have a growth opportunity for an experienced Sales Estimator who is ready to take the next step in their career. ⭐Day to day responsibilities ⭐ Produce fixed price quotations and contracts in accordance with agreed guidelines and margins. Provide accurate estimates within the time lines provided. Pricing for new and existing products, and the updating of the Variation Price List. Prepare and maintain BOQ's for housing products. Obtain and interpret pre-requisites for contract preparation. Skills & Experience 5 years as a Sales Estimator for a residential builder is essential to be considered for the role.
