About the Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns for commercial property listings while supporting the broader business with branding, digital content, and communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage marketing campaigns for commercial property listings
* Coordinate advertising across online portals, social media, EDMs, and print
* Prepare marketing materials including brochures, signage, presentations, marketing submissions
* Manage social media content and assist with website updates
* Liaise with agents, designers, photographers, and external suppliers
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
* Track campaign performance and assist with reporting
* Contract management from start to finish
* Database management
* Market Reporting & Data Management
* Handling Legal Documentation ie Leases and Contracts
* General day to day administration tasks
* Manage under contract/sold stickers, key handover at settlement
* Go to person for the The Director
* Liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers when required and forwarding on all relevant sales emails to third party trust accountants
* Be to go-to for the sales team - coordinating listings from appraisal to settlement and all other adhoc duties
* Opening & closing of establishment
About You
* Previous experience in marketing, real estate, or a related field (commercial preferred but not essential)
* Strong written and visual communication skills
* Confident using marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, creative, and a team player
