THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers through the vehicle purchase process by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic dealership environment and values genuine customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide customers with clear, compliant finance and insurance options
* Manage all F&I documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
* Build strong relationships with lenders, insurers, and customers
* Maintain high ethical standards and ensure full compliance
* Achieve performance targets while delivering outstanding service
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience as a Business Manager or F&I Manager in the automotive industry
* Strong understanding of finance and insurance products
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to customer care
* Relevant accreditation (e.g., MFAA/CAFBA) highly regarded
* Clear credit file and clear police record to represent our financier
