We are recruiting for an Educator to join our team in QLD, supporting our clients on all things Matrix This role will require you to travel to salons within the South Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Northern NSW. This is a fixed-term contract position, due to conclude at the end of March 2026.
ABOUT THE JOB
* Providing training and education to Matrix salons on our brand products & Hair Services to drive salon business, both face-to-face and online
* Facilitating training and Matrix Academy programs
* Managing salon education and animation, including product demonstrations and installations, with expert knowledge of all Matrix products
* Working closely with the Business Partner to drive and promote sales
* Promoting and selling Matrix education programs and seminars
ABOUT YOU
* Results-driven attitude and a passion for educating and coaching
* Current Australian Driver's License
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A vibrant and engaging personality with a drive to succeed
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous technical experience using Matrix products is highly desirable
