We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants. You’ll play a key role in supporting our 57 lifesaving clubs, ensuring the effective operation of the LSV Integrity business unit.
You’ll coordinate the daily operations of the Integrity unit, overseeing the Complaints Handling System, Member Protection, Safeguarding Children, and issues like competition manipulation, sports wagering, and the improper use of drugs. 3. Closing out complaints and escalating matters to external parties when necessary, ensuring comprehensive complaint management.
4. Managing the initial receipt and follow-up of complaints, including preparing responses, reviews, investigations, and recommendations.
5. Reporting and administering complaint handling and child safety reports by maintaining the Member Protection register, documenting and filing each matter, and attending related meetings.
6. Supporting the creation of customised education and training programs for staff and volunteers.
7. Assisting in the implementation of Member Protection and Child Safety action plans, identifying areas for improvement and process efficiencies.
8. Developing networks of member protection officers, complaints handling managers, and child safety officers.
9. Building a pool of member protection specialists, including investigators and mediators, to support clubs and volunteers as needed, maintaining an up-to-date contact database.
