Role Overview
As a senior account manager, you will lead integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, content, events, and OOH for key clients.
The day-to-day involves owning client relationships, developing strategic and creative outputs, managing projects, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day client relationship for Optus and IBM by interrogating briefs, earning client trust as a proactive, solutions-oriented partner.
2. Form strong relationships with strategists, creatives, and producers to develop and deliver brilliant strategic and creative outputs.
3. Manage projects from end-to-end, prioritizing tasks, managing budgets and timelines to ensure everything stays on track.
4. Build up knowledge in the B2B space and use these insights and key client project learnings to inform proactive client work.
5. Have a good understanding of how smaller projects fit into a bigger picture and are able to identify and raise new opportunities for growth across key clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience as an account manager or senior account manager with a minimum of 3-5 years' creative agency experience.
* Strong project management skills, a solid marketing background, and a creative mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in presenting to clients.
* A track record in developing strong relationships both internally with your team and with clients.
* Flexibility to work from our office from Tuesday through Thursday with the option of hybrid work from home days.
* A relevant Bachelor's degree and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
