Our global team of mining professionals supports the industry in decarbonising mining operations as part of the accelerating green transition. You will work across borders and disciplines on interesting and complex projects, contributing to technical excellence and a collaborative culture.


What You’ll Do

Due to recent project wins and growth in our Mining group, we are seeking interest at varying engineer levels (Mid, Senior and Principal) for our WA-based team. In the Mine Advisory team, you’ll contribute to tailings and mine waste projects across the project lifecycle—from concept studies through detailed design, construction support, operations, and closure. Your responsibilities will align with your experience and may include:

* Contributing to or leading the design, assessment, and review of tailings storage facilities and related infrastructure
* Supporting technical analysis, including geotechnical, civil, or hydrological modelling
* Preparing high-quality reports, designs, and project documentation
* Leading or contributing to site investigations, inspections, and audits
* Supporting or managing client relationships, project delivery, and proposal development
* Providing mentorship to junior staff and contributing to a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
* Engaging with multidisciplinary teams including water, environmental, geotech, and mine planning professionals


About You

You’re an engineer with experience in tailings, geotechnical, or mine infrastructure design, looking to make an impact on complex and meaningful mining projects. We are interested in professionals at mid, senior, and principal levels, whether you are strengthening technical foundations or bringing leadership and strategic insight.

* A degree in civil, geotechnical, or mining engineering (or a related discipline)
* Experience working on tailings or mine waste projects within consulting or operational environments
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the desire to work across diverse project teams
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to high-quality, safe outcomes
* Chartership (e.g. CPEng or RPEQ) or working toward professional accreditation (desirable for senior/principal levels)
