Plumber Support Assistant Job

For over 100 years, we've supported residential, commercial and infrastructure building trades across Australia, New Zealand and the United States by delivering quality products and expert service to the trade.
This role involves working as part of the Trade Counter team, dividing your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople and undertaking tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.
A typical day:
* Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
* Pick packing and stock control activities
* Help maintain the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
* Provide customer service and information about products
Requirements:
* Previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and a passion for helping customers
* Ideal candidate has a valid forklift licence
* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure provided information is accurate
* Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
* Clean, valid driver's licence and ability to work various shifts, including weekends
* Willingness to develop their career locally, within our network or head office
