Senior Manager, Business Performance, Technology Finance

Technology Finance is responsible for the provision of financial control and management services to the Technology division and works closely with stakeholders to understand technology costs and deliver strategic and financial plans.
Responsibilities
* Lead the consolidation and reporting of Technology workforce, FTE and resource metrics for Technology Leadership and Group Finance.
* Own the consolidation of workforce and resource cost results and support accurate, timely and high-quality submissions into Group Finance reporting processes.
* Act as a trusted business partner to Technology, providing commercial advice, challenge and decision support.
* Develop and deliver meaningful insights to improve business performance, including identification of cost optimisation opportunities across the Technology cost base.
* Improve workforce and cost transparency through robust financial models, analysis and clear drivers.
* Partner with the business to develop accurate, driver-based plans, forecasts and outlooks.
* Drive process improvement, standardisation and simplification across reporting, forecasting and performance management activities.
* Build robust, collaborative relationships across Finance, Technology and Group stakeholders to support delivery of strategic and financial outcomes.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in finance business partnering, with a track record of building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in group reporting, including consolidation, performance reporting and delivery of high-quality submissions to central finance functions.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience in planning, forecasting, variance analysis and performance management.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
* Excellent analytical, problem‐solving and financial modelling capability.
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‐performing teams.
* Strong accounting and financial control capability, including balance sheet management and reconciliations.
