Base pay range

A$70,000.00/yr - A$75,000.00/yr

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business by engaging prospective clients, building strong relationships, and converting interest into confirmed travel programs.

This is a proactive, consultative sales role where your communication skills, commercial awareness, and ability to uncover client needs will be key to your success. You'll guide clients through tailored travel solutions, managing the process from first conversation through to confirmation.


What You'll Be Doing

* Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce offerings and generate new opportunities
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
* Building long-term client relationships through a consultative, solution-focused approach
* Identifying client needs and recommending suitable travel programs and experiences
* Maintaining accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting records within the CRM
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Consistently achieving (and exceeding) activity, revenue, and conversion targets


What We're Looking For

* Previous sales experience (B2B, outbound, or consultative sales preferred). Travel Industry experience is a bonus
* Confidence on the phone and ease initiating conversations
* Strong objection-handling and closing skills
* A results-driven mindset with resilience and self-motivation
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven, team-oriented environment

* Base salary of $70K-$75K + uncapped commission (including a $10K first-year bonus to help you get started)
