The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to join our Harvesting Team in our Coastal Region.
Here you will be part of a high performing team leading the delivery of harvest and haulage programs in an organisation that is committed to building a culture of diversity and inclusion whilst ensuring your well‐being is at the forefront of everything we do. What you'll bring:
* Experience in delivering large scale logistics and/or complex projects
* Strong strategic and operational knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices in plantation forestry.
* Sound professional judgement, a disciplined approach, and strong standards, balanced with a collaborative mindset.
* Proven strategic decision‐making skills supported by solid business acumen.
* Practical experience in financial management, including job costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
* Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to foster inclusion.
* High‐level IT capability, with the ability to adopt new systems and applications quickly.
* Relevant qualifications in logistics or forest management
* Willingness to undertake training and perform fire activities
