Job Responsibilities
Independently complete on-site robot implementation tasks, configure firmware for hardware equipment such as robots and conveyor lines.
Provide support to customers during and after deployment to ensure the smooth operation of HAI products.
Implement complex large-scale warehouse automation projects, including the installation of AGVs, ACRs, AMRs, conveyor lines, and related equipment.
Develop testing and acceptance standards, and conduct on-site inspections and evaluations for project management.
Perform automated system integration tests and assist with software testing during project implementation.
Empower local outsourcing partners and regional FAEs to enhance local delivery capabilities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electronic Engineering or a related field, with relevant professional knowledge.
1-2 years or more of experience in implementing AGV, ACR, or AMR solutions.
Strong analytical skills with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
1-2 years or more of experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and SQL, with the ability to write scripts for task automation.
Comfortable working in a bilingual Chinese-English environment; able to communicate fluently in English as a working language.
Possession of a U.S. visa is preferred.
Basic knowledge of VPN, firewalls, and routers.
Willingness to travel for more than 9 months per year.
