Offer description

Being successful in this role would mean icare and Claims Service Providers understand current priorities and the path to (joint) delivery of the best outcome for Those we Serve, and the scheme.

* Track and manage value delivered to show tangible uplift in cost, service, liability, or scheme performance (non-financial) measures from initiatives.
* Liaise with General Managers, working groups, and steering committee members on prioritisation and delivery issues.
* Manage forums to present analysis and informed options to seek strategic direction where a decision is not within role dimensions.
