To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service, we are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager on Duty to join our Front Office Team.
The Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role is pivotal to the daily operation of the resort. As Manager on Duty, you will be responsible for leading a culture of five-star service, ensuring our Associates anticipate the needs of your guests and exceeds their expectations.
In this hands-on leadership role you will have outstanding guest relations, the ability to think on your feet, strong financial acumen and an innovative leadership style.
The Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
A collaborative leadership style as part of the Front Office leadership team
A genuine passion for guest service and inspiring the team to provide a memorable experience for our guests
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to easily build strong rapports with guests and colleagues
An energetic approach to time management and managing competing priorities
Be solutions focused with a confident and proactive approach to conflict resolutions
The ability to remain calm under pressure and when responding to emergency situations
The flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and occasional overnight shifts as required.
