About This Role
Brunel is seeking an experienced
Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Lead
for a major power generation facility in Queensland. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring safe, efficient day-to-day operations and maintenance of the station and associated equipment.

* Support the Station Manager and backfill during leave periods.
* Lead weekly and monthly planning meetings.
* Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Monitor and troubleshoot gas turbine operations.
* Manage contractors and liaise with external stakeholders.
* Drive HSSE compliance and risk management processes.
* Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
* Oversee SAP functions, inventory, and procurement.
Requirements
* Experience in operating or maintaining gas turbines and auxiliary equipment in a leadership role.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure and deliver commercially sound outcomes.
* Knowledge of maintenance planning and CMMS platforms.
* Electrical trade or industrial/generation experience (I&C qualification desirable).
* Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., CPR/LV Rescue, confined space, forklift).
