Payroll Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our small payroll team and contribute to the delivery of accurate, on-time end-to-end payroll services for employees.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll administration and experience working in payroll services. A qualification in payroll administration is essential, as well as excellent organisational skills, time management, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships and meet deadlines.
About the Role
This part-time position (53.2 to 60.80 hours per fortnight) offers flexible working arrangements with the opportunity to work from home. The successful candidate will be based in Thomastown and Heidelberg areas (Wurundjeri Country).
* Salary: SCHADS Level 4 + Super + Not-for-profit Salary Packaging to increase your take-home pay.

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to payroll queries efficiently and effectively, deliver specialist payroll services including reporting, system support, and relevant legislative payroll information.
