Customer Service and Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join our North West Metro Op Shops team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints promptly.
The role involves coordinating daily operations of the Op Shops, including managing stock and inventory, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store displays, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising a team of sales assistants and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
