About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers? We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
You will play an important role in keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and team members. You'll be responsible for duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, cleaning shelves, ovens, drains, and other areas to ensure everything shines. You'll also collect trolleys from the store and car park, rain or shine, helping create a great shopping experience for everyone.
About you and your skills
* Work indoors and outdoors and be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting
* Commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
* Keen eye for detail and cleanliness
* Passion for working safely and abide by Coles Safe work practices
* Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
* Active – frequently on the go with some moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing
* Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days (including weekends); shifts between 5am and 11pm, 7 days a week
