You’re invited to take a lead role.The Head to Health Kids Hub is a new community-based service providing mental health and wellbeing support for children up to the age of 12 years with mild to moderate emotional, behavioural and mental health challenges, and their family. This new service is part of a nation-wide roll out of Kids Hubs jointly funded by NSW Health and the Australian Government.Located in Orange with satellite services in Bathurst, we’ll be using flexible and creative approaches to increase the well-being and functioning of our clients, guided by a new model of care within a multidisciplinary framework.As the Clinical Leader at the Head to Health Kids Hub, you’ll coordinate and manage the intake/care navigation and mental health assessment/intervention functions for the Hub, using your leadership skills to oversee high quality service delivery. You’ll provide guidance in triage, assessment, case formulation and treatment, and create an environment of flexible practice and adaptive interventions for a range of behavioural, emotional, psychosocial and health problems.The Clinical Leader will also manage a small caseload, providing direct therapeutic interventions to children and their family.As well as your role in clinical and operational leadership, you’ll be a driver of the ongoing development of the service.
