You will be leading your team by actively supporting and creating an environment that values alignment to contemporary disability support practices, effective person-centred approaches to complex needs and behaviours of concern and collaborating with dedicated teams with external services.About Our Critical Supports TeamOur Critical Supports Team is the heartbeat of Multicap's Sole Purpose – enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families. We deliver a specialist solution designed to provide high intensity crisis intervention, discharge, transition, and stabilisation supports to individuals with complex support needs and disabilities, in the aim of developing evidence-base service responses that can be replicated and delivered safely and sustainability.We provide comprehensive services tailored to all ages, abilities, and needs. Our team work efficiently with all stakeholders to ensure our customers are equipped and ready to transition into their new chapter.
