The Opportunity Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to ensure order management and procedural requirements are fulfilled, maintaining daily service levels for Glanbia products. You will be part of the distribution & sales team, contributing to sales growth, profit, and market share through product sales and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholdersAnswering customer inquiries via phone and emailProcessing orders accurately and managing customer accounts via SAPTroubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly to meet expectationsHandling customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfactionBuilding and maintaining customer relationshipsSupporting customers with technical or product expertise as neededRecording and processing documentation through appropriate systemsCollaborating with Demand and Supply Planners on product availabilityManaging Customer & Territory Manager order formsAssisting Commercial and Marketing teams with customer needsOperating within pricing policies and quotation limitsContinuously developing product knowledge Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: At least 2 years' experience in customer service or office administration, preferably in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or call centersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to work independently and in a teamAttention to detail and accuracyAdaptability in a dynamic, growing business environment Work Location and Arrangement This role is based in our Melbourne office at Mount Waverly with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), promoting work-life balance through flexible arrangements.
