Responsibilities
WSP undergraduates are employed to support teams with meaningful project work while developing practical consulting, technical, and professional skills. The roles are designed to provide real exposure to the business and act as a potential pipeline into the Graduate Program.
* Contribute to the project and teamwork
* Learn and develop professional skills
* Take ownership of behaviour and professionalism
* Build relationships and engage with the business
* Follow guidance, systems, and safety requirements
* Actively manage their own development
Qualifications
* Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree at an accredited university
* Be studying in a discipline relevant to the role or business group they are applying for (e.g., engineering, environment, advisory, project management, etc.)
* Typically be in your penultimate year of study, particularly for the coordinated summer undergraduate intake.
* A strong academic record
Have legal working rights in Australia for the duration of their employment.
