We have an exciting opportunity for a Master Production Scheduler to join our team at the Broadford Factory. In this role, the Master Production Scheduler will consistently provide short-term finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequenced materials in accordance with the availability of resources (production lines/ labour) and materials

A day in the Life:

This role focuses on optimizing the factory's production capabilities by effectively managing available capacity, Labor, and materials to ensure the timely and efficient production of Stock Keeping Units within product families. Reporting to the Factory Supply Chain Manager, key responsibilities include but not limited to:


• Create a feasible production plan within the Demand Planning (DPS) period that takes into consideration available capacity, labor and materials.

• Consider the product family sequencing as determined by the Master Production (MPS) planner and best optimizes the factory's ability to produce the SKUs within the families.

• Identify of practical issues concerning plant shutdowns, timing of promotion activity within the DPS period.
• Identify of possible opportunities and challenges for the factory within the DPS period.

• Give advance information on labor requirements within the DPS period.

• Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be a strong team player with a drive to deliver quality outcomes with efficiency and with a passion for continuous process improvement.

• Enjoy working within cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• You will have 2+ years' operational experience in either Production Planning (MPS) or Material Planning (MRP).

• Knowledge of Demand/Supply Planning, Material Management or Inventory Management.

• Experience using SAP (APO) and advanced skills in Excel.

• Solution focused and pro-active attitude and high attention to detail.

• Clear and effective communication skills are essential.

• Experience in stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• The right person must be proactive, thorough, and detailed, with a high level of relationship building.

• You are a problem solver, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues.
