About the role As the Chief Finance Officer within the Boundary Creek Group, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's financial operations and contributing to its strategic direction.
This full time position is located in Wallaville, Queensland and offers an exciting opportunity to lead the finance function within a thriving organisation.What you'll be doing Develop and implement financial strategies to support the group's business objectivesManage the group's financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementOversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsAnalyse financial data and provide insights to inform decision-making at the executive levelContribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes of the organisationIdentify and mitigate financial risks, and implement appropriate controls and policiesWhat we're looking for Proven track record as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive, with at least 3 years of relevant experienceDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)Extensive knowledge of financial management, reporting, and compliance within the accounting industryExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing teamStrategic mindset, with the ability to align financial strategies with the group's overall business objectivesEffective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholdersWhat we offer At the Boundary Creek Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
