What You'll Be Doing
* Manage Your Portfolio with Confidence – Oversee a clean, stable portfolio of 110 properties with great internal systems and support
* Tenant & Owner Liaison – Respond to enquiries, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships with all parties
* Inspections & Reporting – Carry out routine, entry, and exit inspections with timely, clear reporting to landlords
* Maintenance Coordination – Organise repairs, liaise with trusted contractors, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
* Compliance Focus – Stay across WA tenancy legislation and ensure full legal compliance
* Team Collaboration – Be part of a high-performing, collaborative team where your ideas and input are genuinely valued
What You'll Bring
* Experience in residential property management
* Solid understanding of WA tenancy laws and rental regulations
* Strong communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
* Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
* Current WA Real Estate Registration (Property Management)
* Driver's licence + reliable vehicle (or opt for a company car)
