Job Description:

* As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between internal and external customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer service needs, including providing quotes, processing sales orders, and resolving shipment, billing, and warranty issues.


Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate Service Operations: Manage the efficient delivery of parts and logistics to support engineers in Australia & New Zealand; oversee returns to the Asian Distribution Center and assist with stock take and audits.
* Support Field & Customer Service: Ensure the smooth execution of installations, training, maintenance, and service calls; handle call center activities including case assignment and customer interactions.
* Maintain Systems & Team Collaboration: Update and manage customer and business systems (e.g., Oracle R12, Salesforce FSL); provide backup support to team members and perform other assigned duties.
