The Role We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our delivery team and play a key role in the implementation of a new Loan Origination platform. This role will suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment - comfortable gathering requirements, validating requirements, managing the vendor and has proven experience driving continuous improvement in our Agile framework. You'll work across technology, product, and operations to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, business outcomes are clear, and projects are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Lead the elicitation, documentation, validation, and management of business and functional requirements. Conduct requirements and scope reviews to ensure alignment with business goals. Track and manage changes to requirements and scope throughout the project lifecycle. Validate requirements and ensure traceability from initiation through to delivery. Perform gap and change analysis to support business decision-making. Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders based on analysis and findings. Experienced working with development teams. About You Seasoned Business Analyst expertise within financial services or lending. System experience across Loan Origination, CRM, Credit systems and servicing. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Ability to balance structure and flexibility in a growing, fast-moving organisation. Practical understanding of technology delivery (experience with Jira or similar tools a plus). This role is 5 days in office.
