They are ideally seeking someone with strong administration and customer service experience to be mentored by some of the best in the industry, and develop into their next superstar Strata Manager.
About The Role
As part of the Strata Management team, you will be mentored and trained in all things Strata, depending on the level of experience you bring to the role.
Duties will grow to include;
- Learning to read, interpret and understand relevant legislation
- Relationship building and liaising with Owners Corporations and their representatives, as required
- Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings
- Working with finance, insurance, and maintenance team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients
- Periodic inspections; and
- General administration.
Ideal Candidate:
This role will suit someone with administration and customer service experience, but most importantly someone with the attitude and aptitude that knows how to build longstanding relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
