Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader to join our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of vision, leadership skills and passion for education.
As a member of our Board, you will play a critical role in guiding our organisation's direction, ensuring effective governance and supporting our leadership team to achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Attend quarterly Board Meetings held in Bathurst, NSW, with one meeting per year in Dubbo, NSW
Lead with purpose, guiding strategic direction and ensuring alignment with our mission
Foster a culture of kindness, courage and consideration
Support and mentor the leadership team, providing wisdom to navigate challenges and seize opportunities
Ensure legal compliance and achieve governance requirements
Act as an ambassador for our organisation in the community and participate in relevant events
About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic vision and a passion for education. Our Board aims to comprise individuals with a diverse range of skills, experience and attributes necessary to govern effectively.

Education Sector, particularly independent schools
Accounting Practice
Legal
We are particularly interested in applications from Central Western NSW, with applications from Dubbo highly desirable.
