More about you – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mentality and a passion for creating an authentic shopping experience. You will be part of a progressive business that values and supports internal career growth. We seek a team member who thrives in a busy, sales-driven environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and isn’t afraid to have fun (including the occasional dance-off!).
Your role:
* Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
* Sound cash handling and EFTPOS skills
* Learning and maintaining solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
* Maintaining store standards, assisting with merchandising and presentation
* Working towards budgets, targets, and KPIs
* Assisting with stock control and quality management
* Following national legislation, WHS, and security guidelines
You will also have:
* A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* A happy, friendly, and energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
* A valid Police Check Report (required if successful in the interview stage)
