About you Our ideal candidate is someone who’s passionate about making a real difference for students, research, and the broader community. You will possess: A doctoral qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent accreditation and standing. Registration as a nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A strong record as an effective and inspiring teacher, evidenced by student feedback, peer review, and the ability to design, develop, and lead higher education curricula. A track record of impactful research, including publications, grant success, research team contributions, supervision of higher degree candidates, and demonstrable outcomes or impact. Leadership and personal qualities that foster a positive academic environment, supporting high engagement and achievement for staff and students. Experience in academic administration, including program coordination or related University functions. Active involvement in relevant professional bodies, community groups, or professional practice networks. A commitment to ongoing academic development and a drive to continually enhance your skills and practice.
