About the role

Based between Adelaide and the Barossa Valley and reporting to the Marketing Manager – Discovery, this role is responsible for managing a portfolio of market-leading brands, developing their position industry across both domestic and international markets.

With consumers at the heart of these brands, you will develop and execute the vision, strategy and tactical plans for each brand, establishing clear and differentiated positioning while ensuring strong execution, alignment and consistency across all internal and external stakeholders.

You'll be working alongside a team and portfolio of leading brands, including Y Series, Oxford Landing, Winesmiths and Earthworks, to name just a few.

Key requirements
* Implement clear, differentiated brand strategies, brand plans, and go-to-market strategies across the portfolio as directed.
* Analyse market and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities or challenges, delivering actionable recommendations.
* Develop and execute integrated brand communications across relevant platforms and consumer touchpoints, aligned to overarching brand strategies for key equity brands. Collaborate closely with agency partner, distributors and major customers to deliver effective campaigns.
* Measure and report on the performance of your marketing campaigns, evaluating results against agreed objectives and KPIs.
* Manage the brand lifecycle—from NPD to shelf—ensuring packaging, SKUs, and strategy align with company, retailer, and consumer needs.
* Partner cross-functionally with Production, Winemaking, Finance, Insights, and Sales teams to deliver NPD, innovation and packaging evolution projects on strategy, on time, and within budget.
* Develop a strong end-to-end commercial understanding of the brand portfolio, with accountability over brand budgets across sales and A&P to achieve brand goals.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Winemakers and broader winemaking team to enhance product knowledge, elevate consumer understanding, and improve overall customer experience.
About you

Proven experience managing multiple brands within a fast-paced portfolio., Ideally you have worked closely with major retail partners, wine/alcohol or FMCG sectors. Demonstrated capability in developing and executing strategy and campaigns, driving product innovation, and delivering consumer-centric plans aligned to commercial outcomes.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Commerce are essential. Strong expertise in brand positioning and delivering integrated campaigns, coupled with a proactive approach to innovation, curiosity, continuous improvement, and the ability to influence change and encourage thoughtful experimentation.
