What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for our guests' stay with your warm, professional demeanour. From managing room reservations to handling inquiries and assisting the Accommodation Manager, your role is key in ensuring our guests feel right at home.
About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, professional Casual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll deliver warm, efficient service and help create guest memories.
* Be the go-to person for incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service every time.
* Manage room reservations, confirmations, and check-ins, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Keep our records in check, ensuring everything is up-to-date and organised.
* Handle guest complaints with grace and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
* Support the Accommodation Manager with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the hotel.

About You:
* A warm, positive, and professional approach with a genuine passion for guest service creating first and last impression.
* Similar experience in hotel/motel environment or experience with PMS systems is preferred.
* Ability to remain calm and confident in a busy environment.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs, handle complaints with professionalism, and escalate issues when required.
* Ability to work afternoon shifts from 1pm onwards until 7:30pm.
