A&co are delighted to partner with this well-established Agribusiness in a varied export administration role supporting export operations. Ideal for someone well organised and systems-savvy who enjoys coordination and problem solving in a busy environment where no two days are the same.

Export documentation experience is essential along with an understanding of the end-to-end export process.

The Role: Working closely with both the Trading and Shipping teams, you'll provide administrative and coordination support to help ensure everything runs smoothly from order through to shipment.

Duties will include:

* Preparing and updating documentation, spreadsheets and reports
* Maintaining databases and records
* Manage a large email inbox
* Chasing permits, following up brokers, buyers and packers
* Tracking shipments and updating schedules
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Managing and recording payments
* Providing general customer service and issue resolution support
* Assisting with continuous improvement and systems updates

* Is bright, personable and professional
* Picks things up quickly and enjoys learning
* Is confident using systems, spreadsheets and databases
* Has strong organisation and follow-up skills
* Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team
* Has exceptional attention to detail
