About Personal Support Workers
Personal Support Workers play a vital role in helping individuals with daily living tasks, providing care and support in their own homes.
Flexibility is key in this role - no two days are the same. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and create personalized plans to support them effectively.
You'll assist with personal care, domestic assistance, and social activities, making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
* Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
* Engage in social activities with clients, promoting mental stimulation and well-being
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification
* A reliable vehicle and driver's license
* Comprehensive insurance and Working With Children clearance
* First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
