We are working with a well-established building construction company looking to hire a Junior Foreman / Construction Cadet to join their site team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience and progress into a Foreman or Site Manager role.
The Role
Working alongside experienced Site Managers and Foremen, you will assist with day-to-day site operations and learn how projects are delivered from the ground up.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with day-to-day site coordination
* Supporting subcontractor supervision
* Monitoring site safety and WHS compliance
* Helping track site progress and documentation
* Learning programme, quality, and site logistics management
About You
* Trade background looking to move into supervision, or
* Construction / Building degree or similar qualification
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Keen to build a long-term career in construction
