We're now scaling fast and seeking a driven, commission-based Sales Executive to join us in expanding our footprint from the Mid North Coast to the rest of Australia and beyond.
About the Role
This is a contractor role with a 100% commission structure—perfect for self-motivated individuals who want flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn uncapped income.
Your focus? Bringing CADLab3D's digital dental lab services into clinics—starting locally and growing nationally. You'll be building relationships, educating dental professionals, and showing them why our model makes sense (for both their patients and their profits).
What You'll Do
Prospect and connect with dental clinics across your territory
Confidently present CADLab3D's services and solutions
Build relationships with dentists, practice managers & clinic staff
Follow up on leads, manage your pipeline, and close deals
Provide client feedback to help us improve our offerings
Attend local industry networking events when needed
Who You Are
A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
Experienced in dental, healthcare, or B2B sales (preferred but not essential)
Motivated, organised, and excited by commission-based work
Comfortable working independently and managing your time
Eager to help dentists improve patient outcomes and reduce costs
What You'll Earn (Commission Structure)
15% commission on CAD digital design services
20% commission on manufactured products (crowns, bridges, chromes etc)
$10 per verified portal sign-up
Performance Bonuses (monthly & quarterly)
+2% bonus for $5K+ monthly sales
+5% bonus for $10K+ monthly sales
5% residual commission on repeat orders for 6 months
$100 bonus for bulk orders over $2,500
