Senior Test Analyst | Greenfield Platform Delivery & Enterprise QA Uplift
Location: ACT (Hybrid)
Security Clearance: NV1 Security Clearance (Mandatory) | Baseline minimum
Contract Length: 12 months + 12-month extension (Department discretion)
About The Position
This Senior Test Analyst role sits within a greenfield transformation program supporting multiple enterprise platforms including CRM, Data Analytics, Cyber, Integration, and IT Service Management systems.
There is currently no established BAU testing function. This role will help shape quality practices during delivery and progressively support transition into operational ownership. It suits testers who are comfortable building structure where little exists and who can operate confidently across both technical and business domains.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned to program strategy
Review requirements and design documentation to provide meaningful QA insigh
Identify, document, and track defects using structured defect management tools
Support UAT execution and collaborate closely with delivery and business teams
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in software testing or QA within structured delivery environments
Strong understanding of test methodologies, lifecycle processes, and quality governance
Demonstrated experience writing detailed test artefacts across complex systems
Ability to work effectively within Agile delivery models

This role requires confidence operating without an established BAU safety net
You should be comfortable taking ownership of testing streams across enterprise platforms
Experience contributing to both technical validation and business-facing UAT is important
Technology & Environment
Enterprise platforms including CRM, Data Analytics, Cyber, Integration, and ITSM systems
Defect tracking tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or JIRA
Agile delivery environments with sprint-based cadence
Exposure to scripting (JavaScript, Python) and automation tooling is advantageous
