Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored assistance to clients through multiple channels, ensuring their taxation, superannuation, and registration needs are met.
* Understand individual client circumstances and offer informed advice aligned with current legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Navigate challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism, supporting vulnerable clients and those experiencing hardship or crisis.
* Engage in meaningful conversations to facilitate client payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes.
Roles may require working within a scheduled contact centre environment, providing exceptional service to clients between 7am and 7pm. You will deliver customized solutions that shape client behavior and encourage ongoing willing participation in the taxation and superannuation systems.
As a dedicated member of our team, you will build and maintain positive client relationships while making informed decisions to resolve enquiries. Accurate recording of client information and adherence to relevant policy and procedures are essential for maintaining the integrity of ATO records.
