Our Deposits and Payments product team is responsible for the operational excellence and product agenda of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product feature changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
Leverage data and market insights to inform pricing strategies, assess margin impacts, and manage interest rate changes.
Lead change initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering impactful outcomes in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the Banking industry, with Business Banking experience highly regarded.
Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or other product management tools (highly desirable).
