We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our **Shepperton clinics.** This role is a casual position with flexibility working Monday to Friday shifts between 7am to 10pm and one weekend every six weeks.
**What will you be doing?**
- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service Experience
- Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided
- Flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
