We're looking for a proven sales performer in timber, steel, building supplies, or construction who already has strong relationships and wants a platform to grow commercially and professionally.
This is a genuine business development role — not account maintenance. You'll take ownership of your pipeline, generate new opportunities, and manage projects from first engagement through to delivery. You'll thrive by staying on top of CRM and processes, managing details, and delivering every project professionally. You'll be supported by a capable team, strong systems, and operational expertise, giving you the freedom to focus on winning work and growing your results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Build and grow your own territory across Melbourne
* Leverage and expand your existing builder, carpenter, and developer network
* Prospect, open doors, and convert opportunities into orders
* Work closely with estimating, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Manage pipeline, forecasting, and project details in CRM systems
* Attend site meetings and industry events as required
* Be out in the market and on sites — not stuck behind a desk

WHO THIS SUITS
* BDMs or senior sales reps with proven results in timber, steel, building supplies, or construction
* Minimum 3-4 years of business development or sales experience
* People with an active contact list and strong relationships
* Extensive established network within the building and construction industry

* Confident relationship builders who enjoy winning work and thriving in structured systems
* Comfortable using CRM systems to track pipeline and opportunities
* Ambitious, disciplined, and ready to step up into a senior commercial trajectory
* Australian work rights are required for this position
