THE OPPORTUNITY
This is your chance to help shape our culture. Lead, coach, motivate and develop a team of dedicated Sales Support Representatives. In this role you will build your teams reputation and drive results. Join an exciting, fast-paced, and high-profile team supporting a variety of customers across Chain Grocery, Independent Grocery and Pharmacy channels. You will also work closely with Account Managers in the field to execute plans and deliver national and state priorities. Day to day you will plan territories to ensure your team achieves call rates & coverage, promotional compliance, drive displays & off locations in store, as well as implementing planograms and complete in store standards. You will need to be a strong administrator with strong analytical skills, with the ability to use shopper insights and financial data strategically when presenting to both internal teams and external customers.
What you'll do
- This role is available due to a recent promotion.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of dedicated Sales Support Representatives.
- Partner with National Field Operations team to achieve targets.
- Drive activity to achieve set KPIs.
- Analyse and report on account planning information via the sales reporting system.
- Systems include - Perenso, Trax, and Tableau.
- Establish and maintain networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- A strong leader, ideally with field merchandising or field sales experience.
- Curious with strong problem-solving mindset.
- High learning agility and ability to embrace change.
- Excellent communication skills; and a collaborative, results-orientated style and approach.
- A willingness to champion innovation with passion and tenacity.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate technical information.
- Must hold a valid current drivers' licence with proven safe driving record.
- Tertiary Education is not a pre-requisite but is well regarded.
