This fast-paced position requires strong organizational skills to ensure seamless experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage guest room reservations and preferences
* Arrange limousine transfers and air travel arrangements
* Provide exceptional service to VIP Gaming Room guests
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Front Office/Guest Services preferred
* Good computer skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera, Fidelio) highly regarded
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
* Ability to speak a second language highly regarded but not essential
* Outstanding presentation and communication skills
* Flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster
* Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
