Due to internal movement, we're on the hunt for a highly ambitious Operations Manager to join the team to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery to customers. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will have a strong people focus and a solid understanding of the day to day logistics and requirements of a service related company.
**As part of your role, you will be**:
- Provide effective leadership to the Operations team to ensure quality control of service delivery, consistency and compliance in all operational matters and systems.
- Oversee the day to day activities of Technicians to ensure the highest high quality service delivered in a professional manner
- Perform quality control inspections and reviews of customer sites to ensure service delivery conforms to contractual and statutory requirements
- Actively participate in training technicians
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement
- Provide support and guidance to technicians
- Participate in budgets, forecasting and management of your P&L
- Ensure efficiency of tasks and accuracy of reporting
- Participate in branch review processes to meet all relevant objectives, targets and KPI.
- Adhere to company, OHS policies and procedures
**What we're looking for**:
- Experience within a service or logistics related background favourable
- Operational/Supervisory management skill
- Commitment to meet relevant targets and KPI's
- Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to positively drive and motivate team members
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- A problem solver
- Trustworthy with the ability to supervise a team
- Strong commitment to safety

- Current driver's license
